Meet the founder
Hi, I’m Dr. Emily Clements. I’m a neuroscientist, educator and yoga teacher, combining brain science with wellness practices to help people cultivate clarity of mind.
As a neuroscientist, I spent the past five years, studying the brains of creative and disruptive entrepreneurs, uncovering key insights into why some people and not others succeed in pursuing their passions.
One of my biggest takeaways? From childhood to adulthood many of us are trained out of three essential skills: exploration, creativity, and intuition.
I founded Mind Body Brain to help people rediscover these three vital skills through mind, body and brain-based approaches.
